For a limited time from July 1st (Tuesday) to August 31st (Sunday), 2025, the menu will change every month, including cold pasta dishes.

「冷製パスタ “ガスパチョ”」
トマトをベースに仕立てた冷製スープのガスパチョに冷水でしめたカペッリーニをつけ麺のようにしていただく冷製パスタです。野菜をふんだんに使用した濃厚なスープのガスパチョは、カペッリーニに程よく絡まり、滑らかにのどを通ります。

This warm pasta is made with a tomato sauce base, combined with summer vegetables and basil, and finished with a sprinkling of lemon zest, for a refreshing aroma. At the end, our staff will sprinkle on as much Parmigiano Reggiano as you like.
