The Gallery of Art Haven ~ART STAND Fukuoka Nakasu~
On Monday, November 24, 2025 (national holiday), we will be holding "The Gallery of Art Haven ~ART STAND Fukuoka Nakasu~," an art Event featuring an exhibition of works by two artists and live painting in the 3rd floor art gallery and rooftop garden. Since our hotel opened, the 3rd floor art gallery has been exhibiting original works by up-and-coming painters and creators with ties to Fukuoka and Kyushu. This Event brings together works by artists from Kyushu and beyond, so please come and enjoy the lively creative moment.

Venue: 3rd floor art gallery, 3rd floor rooftop garden
*In case of rain, the event time will be changed to 16:00-18:00.
Live painting will be held in CANVAS LOUNGE on the 2nd floor.

■Artist information
Meg Ogawa
These works incorporate the accidental expressive effects created by a variety of colors. Making use of the unique texture and color phenomena, he paints by deliberately focusing on a partial perspective rather than the overall picture. He hopes that each viewer will use their own sensibilities to expand their imagination. His work has also gained recognition overseas, with exhibitions in Hong Kong, South Korea, LA, and Malaysia, and he captivated many people through his exhibitions and performances at the Osaka-Kansai Expo.
SHEER
An artist born in Nagasaki and raised in Fukuoka. With the theme of "So that we can continue to hold on to hope," he expresses the depth of indescribable emotions by layering and carving away layers of modeling paste and acrylic. His first exhibition, held in conjunction with a solo live show at Omotesando WALL&WALL in 2024, was a sold-out success, and he will exhibit at Zushi Orbit Fes in April 2025 and at One Building TSUTAYA in Fukuoka in May. He is also active in a variety of fields, including music, books, and radio broadcasts.

Our hotel's art gallery on the third floor exhibits many works by new artists, mainly from Kyushu, so that visitors can always encounter new art.
