Restaurant Morning Renewal

We will be revamping our morning menu from Wednesday, October 1, 2025. Enjoy a buffet menu with over 60 dishes, including the chef's carefully selected main dish and Kyushu ingredients, local dishes, and specialty dishes born from the region's rich natural environment. Experience the joy of touring Kyushu, starting with a freshly prepared breakfast that makes the most of Kyushu's unique characteristics.
Serving hours: 6:30-11:00 (last order 10:00)

Price: Adults 2,800 yen (main menu + buffet menu)
Children (7-12 years old) 1,800 yen (French toast + buffet menu)
Children (ages 3-6): 1,000 yen (buffet menu only)
Introducing three main dishes
A main dish made with ingredients from Kyushu, with the chef's attention to detail in every aspect, including cooking and sauce.
【FISH】
Salmon confit with white wine sauce and grilled red chilli
This dish is made with salmon cooked at 48°C for an hour until moist, and finished with a touch of Genoa sauce and a refreshing white wine sauce.

【MEAT】
Low-temperature roasted Itoshima pork with fond de veau sauce and Itoshima vegetable ratatouille
This dish is made with Itoshima pork that has been slowly roasted at 63°C for three hours and topped with a sauce that concentrates the flavor of beef and vegetables.

【DESSERT】
ONO French Toast with Miyazaki Beni and Raspberry Sauce
- A dish made with the pastry chef's original French toast, topped with pure fresh cream from Kagoshima Prefecture, sweet potatoes from Miyazaki Prefecture, and raspberry sauce.
