Room Cleaning
Cleaning during your stay will be carried out between 10:00 and 14:00.
Please note that for room management purposes, we will enter and clean your room once every three days.

Projector
All rooms are equipped with ceiling-mounted Projector.
By connecting your smartphone, you can enjoy videos, images, and various streaming videos by projecting them onto a screen or wall up to 100 inches in size.
The cords necessary for connection are available in the pouch in your room.
In Rooms 1, 12 and Suite on each floor, please use the remote control to lower the screen.
Our hotel does not have televisions in the guest rooms. If you would like to watch TV, we can lend you a TV tuner at the front desk.
Bluetooth Speaker
The guest rooms are equipped with high-quality TECHNICS premium class speakers, the "OTTAVA™ S," and the bathrooms are equipped with "ceiling bath audio." Simply connect your smartphone via Bluetooth to enjoy your favorite music.
You can also listen to the live DJ performances held in CANVAS LOUNGE in real time from both speakers. Enjoy sophisticated club music and rhythmic up-tempo numbers.
Cash and Valuables
Please use the safe provided in your room to store your cash and valuables during your stay.
The hotel will not be held responsible for any loss or theft of any items in the guest rooms.
All rooms are non-smoking
With the exception of Smoking Space, all guest rooms, restaurants, bars and public spaces are non-smoking.
If smoking is confirmed in the room, special cleaning will be required and we may be unable to provide the room for a certain period of time due to lingering odors, so we will charge you 50,000 yen as cleaning fees and compensation.
Depending on the degree of dirt or odor, additional charges may be required.
