EVENT​

We will be holding a workshop Event you can create authentic perfume using craft gin, also known as "drinkable perfume."

Three types of craft gin will be used: "Monteoeste Gin" (Nishiyama Brewery), a local Hyogo product with Tanba flavors such as blueberry and black bean tea; "LAST ELEGANT" (Ethical Spirits Co., Ltd.), an ethical gin made from recycled sake lees discarded during the sake brewing process; and "Ki No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin" (Kyoto Distillery Co., Ltd.), which actively incorporates uniquely Japanese ingredients such as red pine and Japanese pepper.

The lecturer will be perfumer Aya Imai (Aroma Design Ashiya), whose lectures were well-received at Event held at The Royal Park Canvas in Osaka and Kobe.
While comparing the "Gin Rickey" cocktails, which combine three types of gin with carbonated water,* enjoy the unique characteristics of the botanicals (plant ingredients) produced in Hyogo, Tokyo, and Kyoto.

*Gin tasting is only available to those aged 20 and over.
