Gin Rickey using Craft Gin

CANVAS Lounge currently offers three types of gin cocktails made with craft gin!
To bring out the flavor of each botanical, enjoy a simple gin rickey made by combining gin and carbonated water.
*The contents of the gin will be changed regularly.

3 types of Craft Gin (from April 1st)

KOBE GIN UMI (Hyogo Prefecture)
The dish uses botanicals related to the sea, such as bonito flakes from Kanei, a long-established Kobe store that has been in business since the Taisho era, and simmered ikanago (squid simmered in soy sauce), a Kobe specialty.
The refreshing aroma of sudachi is complemented by the aroma of bonito, making this a drink reminiscent of seaside scenery.

Craft Gin Setouchi Amanatsu (Hiroshima Prefecture)
A domestic craft gin born in the Setouchi region with the theme of "gin that makes the most of the deliciousness of the ingredients."
The key botanical used is sweet orange (100% from the Setouchi region), along with green tea and juniper berries, resulting in an easy-to-drink flavor that allows you to fully experience the natural aroma and flavor of the fruit.

Jin40-ASAKURA CRAFTGIN (Fukuoka Prefecture)
The base is the citrus aroma of lemongrass from Fukuoka Prefecture, with the refreshing feeling of peppermint, the richness of juniper berries, and Yame tea giving it depth and unity.
The soaking time is adjusted to suit the characteristics of the material, resulting in a careful finish.
