Gin Rickey using Craft Gin
At CANVAS Lounge, we offer three types of gin cocktails made with craft gin. We have three types of craft gin available, which change with the season.
Enjoy the unique flavors of each botanical (plant-based ingredient) in a simple gin rickey mixed with sparkling water.
Furthermore, we also offer a menu that includes beef jerky from the long-established "Tor Road Delicatessen," located just a short walk from the hotel.
Enjoy a relaxing time with beef jerky that lets you savor the rich flavor of beef, paired with aromatic craft gin.

KOBE GIN UMI (Hyogo Prefecture)
The product uses botanicals related to the sea, such as bonito flakes from "Kanei," a long-established Kobe company that has been in business since the Taisho era, and kuginyu (simmered sand eels), a specialty of Kobe.
This sake has a refreshing sudachi citrus aroma, with the scent of bonito spreading behind it, evoking images of a seaside landscape.
Craft Gin Setouchi Lemon (Hiroshima Prefecture)
This gin is based on the concept of "a flavor that truly lets you feel the deliciousness of lemon," and boasts a fresh, juicy aroma.
Green tea, which pairs well with lemon, is used as a botanical ingredient, adding depth and a lingering aftertaste to the flavor.
Kinomi Sei (Kyoto Prefecture)
"Ki no Bi" is characterized by its refreshing taste and harmonious blend of spicy nuances, achieved by using Japanese botanicals such as yuzu and sansho pepper.
Based on its classic flavor, this gin is bottled at 54% alcohol content, resulting in a more powerful, complex, and full-bodied gin.
By distilling and blending each botanical separately, we bring out the unique characteristics of each, resulting in a rich aroma and lingering finish.
