There have been incidents in Japan and overseas of portable chargers emitting smoke or combusting.
In consideration of the safety and peace of mind of al our guests, we ask that you observe the following requests when using a portable charger in one of our guest rooms.

・Please refrain from charging a portable charger when you are not in the room.
・When charging an electronic device with a portable charger or using the in-room power supply to charge a portable charger, please do not leave it in places where it will come into direct contact with sunlight, such as the windowsill, or on combustible materials, such as your bed or sheets.
・To prevent any unforeseen incidents when charging, please use your charger in a place where you can continuously monitor its condition.

If any of the above requests are not observed, please be aware that our staff may move your portable charger when cleaning your room during consecutive night stays for safety reasons.
