Room Cleaning

ご滞在中の清掃は10:00～13:00の間に行います。

客室管理上、3日に1回は入室・清掃させていただきますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
環境保護の観点から「シーツ類交換希望カード」を設置しております。パジャマ・デュベカバー・シーツ・ピローケースの交換が必要な場合には、「シーツ類交換希望カード」をベッドの上に置いてお出かけください。

Even if the card is not placed, we may exchange it if we determine that it needs to be replaced due to damage or dirt.

No smoking allowed anywhere

All guest rooms and restaurants are non-smoking except for Smoking Space.

If you smoke outside of Smoking Space, an additional fee will be charged.

Meeting

Please refrain from meeting visitors in your guest room.

Cash and Valuables

Please use the safe in your room to store your cash and valuables during your stay.

The hotel will not take any responsibility for any items lost or stolen in the guest rooms.
