Shine Muscat blossoms on a parfait! Autumn AFTERNOON TEA with "SIROCCO" "Shine Muscat" from Monday, September 1, 2025
Starting Monday, September 1, 2025, we will begin serving autumn Afternoon Tea at the 24th Bar & Lounge "THE BAR" and all-day dining restaurant "Harmony," featuring Shine Muscat grapes with a refreshing sweetness and plenty of juice.

Our top recommendation is the Shine Muscat Parfait, which resembles a large blooming flower. This parfait is made up of multiple layers of raspberry sauce, lime jelly, Chantilly cream, Genoa (sponge cake), custard cream, and more, and is meticulously designed so that each bite you scoop up with a spoon brings together a harmonious blend of multiple flavors and textures. On top of it are generously arranged juicy Shine Muscat grapes like petals and sparkling candy sculptures that look like works of art.

SIROCCO TEA's Ginger Lemon Dream iced tea blended with fresh lemon juice is poured into butterfly pea syrup right before your eyes, creating a beautiful two-layered tea. When serving, slowly stir the tea and enjoy the color change from blue to pink.
