On Wednesday, June 5th, we will be hosting a networking event with film director Ryo Hashiguchi at the 2nd floor CANVAS LOUNGE "KOKAGE".
 
At the social gathering, we will hear first-hand stories from the making of the film "Mother is With Me," which is scheduled for release in July!

<Profile of Director Hashiguchi Ryosuke> Born in Nagasaki Prefecture in 1962. In 1989, he won the PFF Award Grand Prix for his independent film "Secret of the Sunset." In 1992, his first theatrically released film, "Twenty Years Old Fever," became a huge hit, breaking theater records. "Sindbad on the Beach" (1995') won the Grand Prix at the International Film Festival Rotterdam. "Hush!" (2002') was officially invited to the 54th Cannes Film Festival Directors' Fortnight and was released in over 69 countries around the world. Other notable works include "All Around Us" (2008'), starring Lily Franky and Kimura Tae, and "Lovers" (2015'), which won first place in the 89th Kinema Junpo Best Ten Awards.
