EVENT​

The Royal Park Canvas - Sapporo Odori Park supports the purpose of EARTH HOUR, one of the world's largest environmental actions organized by the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), and will participate in the "Lights Down" action along with The Royal Park Canvas and seven other hotels from 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm on Saturday, March 22, 2025, following on from last year.

This is an original gin made using the LAST ELYSIUM gin as a base, finished with a gin and tonic.
LAST ELYSIUM is a gin made from recycled sake lees that would otherwise be thrown away, and won a gold medal at the IWSC2024, one of the world's most prestigious liquor competitions.

Focusing on the word "LAST" in the name of this gin, which contains the words "last" and "continue," we have used LAST ELYSIUM, which perfectly matches the significance of CANVAS EARTH HOUR's Event, which shows our commitment to climate change and biodiversity conservation, as new life continues from the sake lees obtained at the end of the sake pressing process.

The fruity aroma of sake lees is combined with three types of citrus fruits, ginger leaves, chamomile, and other botanicals to create a green citrus scent. Lemon and orange peels from the lounge are reused and steeped in gin for a day to create our original citrus gin, which is then finished with tonic.
