EVENT​

The Royal Park Canvas - Sapporo Odori Park supports the purpose of EARTH HOUR, one of the world's largest environmental actions organized by the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), and will participate in the "Lights Down" action together with seven other hotels from 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm on Saturday, March 22, 2025, following last year's event.

This is an original gin made using LAST ELYSIUM gin as a base, finished with a gin and tonic.
LAST ELYSIUM won a gold medal at the IWSC2024, one of the world's most prestigious liquor competitions, and is a gin made from recycled sake lees that would otherwise be thrown away.

Focusing on the word "LAST" in the name of this gin, which contains the words "last" and "continue," we have used LAST ELYSIUM, which is a perfect match for the significance of CANVAS EARTH HOUR's event, which shows our intentions for "climate change" and "biodiversity conservation," as new life "continues" from the sake lees obtained at the end of the sake squeezing process.

Taking advantage of the fruity aroma of sake lees, we have mixed in three types of citrus fruits, ginger leaves, chamomile, and other botanicals to create a green citrus scent. We reuse lemon and orange peels used in the lounge and soak them in gin for a day to create our original citrus gin, which is then finished with tonic.
