The cocktail's name means "Azure Coast" in French, after a scenic beach resort in the south of France.
The two-tone blue gradation represents the clear ocean, and the lemon peel and cherry garnish represent the sun shining above the summer sea. This refreshing cocktail made with white wine and citrus vodka is the perfect thirst-quenching drink for early summer.
 

＜竜舌蘭（りゅうぜつらん）＞

カクテル名はテキーラの原料となる植物の名前。
ベースに使われたテキーラ「ドン・フリオ ブランコ」の乳製品の様な香りと味わいを最大限に活かすため、生クリームと合わせてデザートカクテルに仕上げました。
グラスに飾られたローズマリーとエディブルフラワーは、竜舌蘭の葉と数十年に一度しか咲かない花びらを表現しています。お酒が苦手な方でも食後のデザート感覚でお楽しみいただけます。
