Summer cocktail
As the days get warmer, the zelkova trees lining Oike-dori Avenue facing the hotel are covered in vibrant new green leaves, making it a refreshing season perfect for a stroll.
We would like to introduce our original summer-themed cocktails, which will be available from June.
< Cote d'Azur >
The cocktail's name means "Azure Coast" in French, after a scenic beach resort in the south of France.
The two-tone blue gradation represents the clear ocean, and the lemon peel and cherry garnish represent the sun shining above the summer sea. This refreshing cocktail made with white wine and citrus vodka is the perfect thirst-quenching drink for early summer.
＜Agave＞
The cocktail's name comes from the plant that tequila is made from.
To make the most of the dairy-like aroma and flavor of the Don Julio Blanco tequila used as the base, we combined it with fresh cream to create a dessert cocktail.
The rosemary and edible flowers adorning the glass represent agave leaves and petals that bloom only once every few decades. Even those who don't like alcohol can enjoy this as a dessert after a meal.
