The name of the cocktail is an autumnal seasonal word that refers to the beautiful autumn color of lacquer leaves in late autumn.
The persimmon, which is in season in autumn, is used to represent the yellowing of lacquer tree leaves gradually turning a beautiful crimson red.By boldly using persimmon fruit and blending it with prosecco and apricot brandy, the mellow sweetness of persimmon is enhanced with just the right amount of acidity and rich flavor, creating a drink that allows you to enjoy the taste of autumn in Japan.
