For a limited time from July 1st (Tuesday) to August 31st (Sunday), 2025, the menu will change every month, including cold pasta dishes.

This cold pasta dish is made by dipping capellini in cold water into gazpacho, a cold soup made with tomatoes. The rich soup gazpacho, made with plenty of vegetables, is well-mixed with the capellini and goes down smoothly.

This warm pasta is made with a tomato sauce base, combined with summer vegetables and basil, and finished with a sprinkling of lemon zest, for a refreshing aroma. At the end, our staff will sprinkle on as much Parmigiano Reggiano as you like.

The tomato sauce, which is made into a circular shape using a special cooking method to lock in the flavor, is a visually impactful dish. When you put your fork into​ ​the cold tomato sauce, it melts and is made with onions, myoga ginger, and balsamic sauce to give it a deep flavor. Enjoy it by mixing it with capellini.
