We have prepared a special drink available only this season, centered around Okinawan awamori "Zanpa," and layered with the refreshing acidity of shikwasa and the elegant aroma of hibiscus tea.
The addition of cranberry juice creates a complex sweet and sour flavor, while Angostura bitters add a subtle spice and aromatic aftertaste. The result is a fantastical finish reminiscent of a "red moon" floating in the night sky. Garnish with an orange slice for a refreshing citrus aroma.

A bitter drink created by combining Okinawa's bounty, "Cocteau de Lequio Brown Sugar Rum," with aromatic espresso.
