A recommended spot for parfaits has been born: the new "Autumn Parfait" ~A luxurious masterpiece made with plenty of Shine Muscat grapes~
The 24th Bar & Lounge "THE BAR" will begin selling the parfait menu "Autumn Parfait 'Shine Muscat'" from Tuesday, September 16, 2025.
In response to customer requests to try the seasonal parfait, which is included in the popular Afternoon Tea served at our hotel, on its own, we have created a beautiful parfait with 10 different layers of flavor.
This Autumn Parfait is made with plenty of juicy, sweet and sour Shine Muscat grapes, perfect for this time of year when the heat is still lingering. The layers of the parfait include plenty of Shine Muscat ice cream and homemade custard cream, which has a light texture that will leave you wanting more, creating an exquisite balance of sweetness, sourness, and texture.
