Price: JPY 4,000 including "cafe free" with all-you-can-drink Coffee and Black Tea

■ Taste points
The theme this time is a parfait with the scent of cherry blossoms and vibrant colors of strawberries.
The top is a white chocolate butterfly attracted by flowers blooming on a meringue twig, surrounded by a large flower made of strawberry and griotte cherry petals, and the center is a pale pink Chantilly cream with a cherry blossom scent.
Under the rich custard cream is cherry blossom ice cream, and underneath that are matcha-flavored rice puffs and sponge cake, adding texture to the cake.
Underneath the pale pink cherry blossom-flavored Chantilly cream are strawberries, cherry blossom-flavored lemon jelly, panna cotta, and strawberry sauce, creating a refreshing aftertaste as you continue to eat.
