Our monthly "closing parfait" is perfect for a sweet treat after a meal, after work, or as a way to end the day.
For April, we've prepared a "Matcha Parfait" that lets you fully enjoy the taste of matcha.
This parfait is available at both the restaurant and THE BAR.
Treat yourself or enjoy a sweet moment with someone special.
The moment it's brought to your table, you'll be captivated by its stunning gradient of deep green and the parfait's perfect balance of bitterness, aroma, and sweetness.
Take a bite of Uji matcha ice cream, which allows you to fully enjoy the taste of matcha. Quench your throat with the ice cream, and enjoy a change of flavor with matcha warabi mochi and roll cake.
As you savor the refreshing aroma of freshly picked tea leaves and the pleasant bitterness that unfolds as you take in the various matcha sweets adorning the parfait, you'll be delighted.
