Limited-time "Autumn Lunch Buffet" available in September, October, and November!

[Limited to September, October, and November! Live Kitchen will be hosting an autumn lunch buffet featuring parfaits, burgers, and more, each with a different theme each month]
The Autumn Lunch Buffet, which begins on Monday, September 1, 2025, will offer approximately 20 different dishes, including heart-warming stews, piping hot gratin, and dishes using aromatic vegetables. The live kitchen, which serves freshly prepared dishes, will also host monthly themed events, where diners can enjoy parfaits, tempura, cheese risotto rice burgers, and more.

[September]~The arrival of autumn~
We offer tempura made with conger eel, which is said tobe firm and delicious at this time of year, and maitake mushrooms, which are in season in autumn and are known for their unique aroma and texture. Each is fried right before your eyes, and the piping hot tempura is topped with matcha salt to bring out the natural flavor of the ingredients. We also offer pasta made with aromatic vegetables, which is refreshing during the lingering summer heat. Enjoy it with "dashi," a local Yamagata dish made from chopped myoga ginger, cucumber, eggplant, and other ingredients marinated in soy sauce.
[October]~Sweet ways to enjoy Halloween~
The October offering is the "Halloween Parfait." The rich sweetness and aroma of purple sweet potato ice cream and pumpkin ice cream lingers, and the chocolate crispy treats and fruit cocktail add to the varied textures you can enjoy as you eat. Enjoy the Halloween atmosphere with the ghost-shaped cracker topping.
[November]November 11th is Cheese Day
In celebration of Cheese Day in November, we will be offering the "Baked Risotto Rice Burger." The bun is made with fragrant basil and cheese risotto, sandwiched between a demi-glace hamburger steak and topped with crispy bacon and scrambled eggs. The mini-sized rice burger is rich in flavor, yet so tasty you'll find yourself reaching for two or three.
Other hot dishes include "Beef and Root Vegetable Tomato Stew," which is beef and root vegetables such as lotus root and burdock root slowly stewed with tomatoes and herbs until tender, and "Western-style Nanbanzuke White Fish," which is tender white fish marinated in a sweet and sour sauce with aromatic vegetables and herbs.The pasta and desserts on the buffet also change monthly.
