• What time is check-in and check-out?

  Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.
  *May vary depending on Accommodation Plan you use, so please check when making a reservation.

• Is there a parking lot?

  The hotel does not have its own parking lot.
  There is "Boo Boo Park Umekoji Kyoto Ekimae Parking Lot" on the hotel premises. Advance reservations are not accepted.

• Can I store my luggage?

  If you arrive early on the day, we can keep your luggage even before check-in. Please feel free to ask the staff at the front desk.
  In addition, even after check-out, we will keep it only for the same day. Please be sure to bring your passport and other valuables with you.

The bedding at our hotel uses recycled feathers from the Nishikawa Recycle Project*, which is promoted by Nishikawa Co., Ltd.
*An initiative in which used feather products are collected domestically, the feathers removed from them are washed in a factory in Japan, and the recovered feathers are used as recycled resources.
