The only in-terminal hotel located within the boarding gate area of Haneda Airport Terminal 3 (Airside restricted area – boarding pass for an international flight required)
Our hotel is specifically designed for passengers who wish to rest without leaving the airside area of the airport.
We offer various room types, including day rooms for hourly use equipped with a sofa, TV, and shower facilities, as well as packages for flexible durations—including overnight stays—in private spaces where you can refresh and recharge before your next international flight.
A guest-exclusive lounge is also available, offering complimentary coffee and tea.
Please note: Check-in is available only between 5:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. (the next day).
Transit Hotel Location: Airside (Restricted Area), Departure Area, Terminal 3
The hotel entrance is located in the restricted airside departure area of Terminal 3, near Boarding Gate 114.
Our Transit Hotel is available only to passengers who meet one of the following conditions:
① International Transit Passengers (Airside to Airside)
・You must have arrived on an international flight at Terminal 3 and be transferring to another international flight departing from the same terminal, without entering Japan through immigration or customs (i.e., without entering the landside area).
② Passengers Departing from Terminal 3 (Landside to Airside)
・You must already have a boarding pass and have completed security screening, customs, and immigration for an international flight departing from Terminal 3, and must be able to access the airside area on the check-in date of your hotel stay.
❌Guests who cannot stay at our Transit Hotel:
- Passengers whose final destination is Japan (landside).
- Passengers arriving at Terminal 3, but transferring to a domestic flight.
- Passengers arriving at Terminal 3, but transferring to an international flight departing from Terminal 2.
- Passengers who have already passed through Japanese immigration and customs, and entered the landside area.
Reservations for The The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda Transit are accepted exclusively through the official website.
Our rooms are not listed on third-party booking websites, as those platforms only offer our hotel located in the landside area of Japan. When booking our hotel in Haneda Airport, it is essential to confirm whether the location is airside or landside.
