The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda Transit
is the only in-terminal hotel located within the boarding gate area of Haneda Airport Terminal 3 (Airside restricted area – boarding pass for an international flight required)
Our hotel is specifically designed for passengers who wish to rest without leaving the airside area of the airport.
We offer various room types, including day rooms for hourly use equipped with a sofa, a TV, and shower facilities, as well as packages for flexible durations—including overnight stays—in private spaces where you can refresh and recharge before your next international flight. A guest-exclusive lounge is also available, offering complimentary coffee and tea.
Please note: Check-in is not available between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.

This service is only available to those who have completed the departure procedures for leaving Japan.
You can use our hotel after completing all check-in procedures
for your international flight departing from Terminal 3 and all departure procedures for leaving Japan.

The following individuals are not permitted to use this transit hotel.
- Those arriving at Haneda Airport on an international flight and entering Japan.
- Those arriving at Haneda Airport on an international flight and connecting to a domestic flight.
- Those arriving at Haneda Airport Terminal 3 on an international flight and connecting to an international flight at Terminal 2.
- *There is no direct transportation connecting the departure area (restricted area) of Terminal 3 and the departure area (restricted area) of Terminal 2.
- Those arriving at Haneda Airport on an international flight who have already passed through immigration and customs and entered Japan.
*If you have a reservation for The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda Transit but have already entered Japan,
please go up to the 3rd floor departure lobby to complete departure procedures, and then return to the restricted area (Airside).
For those departing Japan, please refer to the section titled “For those residing in Japan who are boarding an international flight from Terminal 3.”
How to make a reservation
Reservations for The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda Transit are accepted exclusively through our official website.
Reservations cannot be made through external hotel booking websites.
For same-day reservations, please call or visit the front desk directly.
We do not accept waitlist registrations. Please contact us each time you wish to make a reservation.
The entrance to this transit hotel is located within the departure area (restricted area) of Terminal 3, near Gate 114 for international flights.
