DINNER

The à la carte menu offers a lineup of dishes that can be enjoyed in a sharing style, including appetizers made with soft and sweet asparagus and new onions, and aquapazza that brings out the delicious flavor of red sea bream.

We also offer a five-course dinner set menu, which includes appetizers, soup, pasta, a main dish, and your choice of dessert, such as pavlova made with seasonal fruits.

This terrine, with its gorgeous spring-like colors, is made with mackerel, which has been cooked at low temperature to enhance its flavor, and colorful vegetables, all topped with consommé jelly.
The main dish, "Grilled Mikawa Pork Shoulder Loin with Arugula Sauce," is a dish of richly flavored shoulder loin served with a vibrant green arugula sauce.
The addition of powdered cheese as a secret ingredient helps the meat to blend well and enhances the flavor of the arugula. Enjoy the rich aftertaste that spreads with every bite.

LUNCH

The lunch course, which includes four dishes including an appetizer, pasta, main dish, and dessert, also has a spring-like flavor.
We offer dishes such as Aglio e Olio Spaghettini with soft and fresh spring cabbage and cherry shrimp, and red sea bream acquapazza.

Enjoy a slightly luxurious lunchtime, a celebration with a special someone, or a relaxing time in the bright sunshine.

AFTERNOON TEA

Sweets based on the theme of cherry blossoms and green tea include an opera with different flavors in each layer and a verrine with cherry blossom jelly and strawberries.
For savory dishes, there is a baguette sandwich of madai and asparagus finished with a cherry-scented vinaigrette, and shrimp fritters wrapped in a kadaihu.
This seasonal lineup offers a good balance of spring flavors and colors.

DESSERT

The popular dessert, Pavlova, is also available in a spring version. The mousse is infused with cherry blossom sauce and garnished with pale pink strawberry chantilly, creating a cute, rounded shape.
There's also a spring-like parfait with pink and green hues, made with layers of cherry blossom jelly, mousse, and matcha cream. Cherry blossom-shaped cookies and chocolate add a touch of color.
