A culinary experience exploring Nagoya's flavors – Breakfast buffet has been renovated.

Starting April 1st, 2026 (Wednesday), the breakfast buffet at "THE 7th TERRACE," our all-day dining All-Day Dining on the 7th floor, will be renovated.
We offer a breakfast that incorporates local Nagoya dishes such as Hatcho miso and tenmusu (tempura rice balls), while adding a hotel-specific twist. Our diverse lineup includes egg dishes prepared in our live kitchen, a colorful salad bar, and smoothies made with irregularly shaped vegetables. Enjoy a culinary experience exploring the flavors of Nagoya to brighten your morning during your trip.

A breakfast buffet featuring Nagoya's local cuisine.

The breakfast buffet features Nagoya's representative flavors, such as "kishimen" noodles with a gentle broth flavor that warms you from the inside out, and "hitsumabushi" which can be enjoyed like ochazuke (rice with tea) by adding condiments and broth.
Furthermore, "THE 7th TERRACE" will also be offering its own unique menu items.
"Hatcho Miso Curry" is a dish based on spice curry, combined with Hatcho miso and butter.
The rich flavor of miso and the creaminess of butter combine to create a deep and mild taste.

"7th TERRACE Original Tenmusu" features shrimp tempura marinated in a rich, sweet and savory sauce, served with shiso leaves, and then topped with magnolia leaf miso and grilled to perfection.
This dish, with its fragrant miso aroma, is a unique treat you can only enjoy here.
Furthermore, for egg dishes, an essential part of hotel breakfasts, we offer four unique sauces that allow you to enjoy local flavors.
You can enjoy Nagoya's unique flavors, such as a rich sauce made with Hatcho miso and a Taiwanese minced meat sauce with reduced spiciness.

As a gentle and comforting drink to start your day, we also offer smoothies made with non-standard vegetables. This initiative helps reduce food waste by deliciously utilizing ingredients that are not easily found in the market.
Furthermore, we have newly adopted Rainforest Alliance certified Coffee beans, which are environmentally and producer-friendly. By grinding the beans in-store every morning, you can enjoy Coffee with a mellow aroma, refreshing acidity, and a subtle sweetness. Start your day off right with a morning moment that is kind to both your body and the environment.
