鮮やかなグリーンが目を引く、そら豆のクリームパスタは、生クリームにレモンジュースとレモンゼストを合わせた爽やかな一品です。
他にも、チーズを混ぜ込んだパン粉でカラリと揚げたチキンのカツレツもご用意。
さっぱりとしたトマトソースとバジルを散らした、香りが広がる、香り豊かな味わいに仕上げました。

This lunch course includes four dishes: appetizer, pasta, main dish, and dessert.
For dessert, you can choose from the ever-popular Basque cheesecake or pavlova made with seasonal fruits.

You can enjoy spring flavors such as Aglio e Olio Spaghettini with soft and fresh spring cabbage and cherry shrimp, and sea bream acquapazza.
The popular dessert, Pavlova, is also available in a spring version. The mousse is infused with cherry blossom sauce and garnished with pale pink strawberry chantilly, creating a cute, rounded shape.

This spring-like treat features layers of cherry blossom jelly, mousse, and matcha cream in pink and green tones. Cherry blossom-shaped cookies and chocolate add a touch of color.
