The dinner course includes a main dish of sea bass, which is in season during the summer, paired with a lemon-flavored sauce, as well as desserts featuring peaches and mangoes. In addition, there are à la carte dishes perfect for summer toasts, such as Caprese salad with burrata cheese and peaches.
Enjoy the ever-changing scenery of Sakae while savoring refreshing seasonal menu items and spending your time as you please.

DINNER

Our dinner course includes appetizers, soup, pasta, a main dish, and a popular dessert, all featuring seasonal ingredients.
The "Sea Bream Ceviche with Tomato Consommé Jelly," made with sea bream marinated in citrus for a refreshing taste, will brighten up the start of your meal. The "Spear Squid and Lemon Aglio Olio Spaghettini" is a seasonal dish that combines the rich and elegant sweetness of spear squid, which is in season during the summer, with the refreshing aroma of lemon.
Starting this summer, we're offering a double-main course where you can enjoy both meat and fish dishes. Our seasonal sea bass is paired with a lemon-scented cream sauce, creating a refreshing yet rich flavor.

We also offer an à la carte menu that pairs well with sparkling wine and beer. Our offerings include Caprese salad with burrata cheese and peaches, featuring the sweet and sour taste of white balsamic vinegar and the refreshing aroma of mint, as well as cold pasta and roasted lamb with a sweet and savory sauce made with herbs and honey that will whet your appetite.

We offer refreshing summer dishes that are visually appealing as well as taste, such as a crisp appetizer featuring octopus, which is at its best this season, paired with Tosa vinegar jelly, and "Avocado and Shiso Genovese Spaghettini," which incorporates a Japanese essence with shiso leaves.

We offer seasonal desserts featuring peaches, mangoes, passion fruit, and more.
Furthermore, a new tart featuring seasonal fruits will be introduced this summer. Mango is placed on top of a passion fruit and chocolate ganache, creating a refreshing summer treat with a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness.
Our popular parfait, available every season, is the "Peach and Mango Parfait." Enjoy a tropical flavor with layers of mango and white peach mousse topped with a smooth coconut-flavored mousse.
