DINNER

The menu includes appetizers such as whitebait and avocado bruschetta and carpaccio, perfect for toasting, as well as a main course of fatty sauteed grunt fish served with a tangy ratatouille and sea urchin cream sauce.
A wide variety of a la carte menu items are available.

We also offer a five-course dinner set menu, which includes appetizers, soup, pasta, a main dish, and your choice of dessert, such as pavlova made with seasonal fruits.

The appetizer, "Firefly squid and broad bean ring shaped dish with clam sauce," combines seasonal ingredients such as firefly squid and broad beans with colorful green couscous reminiscent of early summer.
The foamy clam sauce adds an accent to both the appearance and flavor of this dish.
"Tomato Spaghettini with Whitebait and Seafood Ragu" is a tomato-based pasta dish that combines whitebait and shiso leaves for a refreshing and well-balanced flavor.

Enjoy a unique experience with the view of Sakae, which changes its appearance with the passing of time.

LUNCH

A lunch set where you can choose one dish from pasta, meat dishes, etc.

This eye-catching, vibrant green fava bean cream pasta is a refreshing dish made with fresh cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
We also offer crispy deep-fried chicken cutlets in breadcrumbs mixed with cheese.
The dish is topped with a refreshing tomato sauce and sprinkled with basil, creating a rich, aromatic flavour.

AFTERNOON TEA

人気のデザートメニューからお好きな1品が選べる「THE 7th アフタヌーンティー」が、4月22日(水)より「TWG Tea」のティーフリー付きになって登場。

メロンやダークチェリーなど初夏のフルーツに紅茶を織り交ぜたスイーツや、紅茶でマリネしたトラウトサーモンなど、季節感あふれるラインナップをご用意しました。
ティーフリーでは「TWG Tea」のシグネチャーティーでベリーブレンドの「1837 Black Tea」をはじめ、ダージリンやアールグレイなどさまざまなお茶をお楽しみいただけます。
爽やかな風を感じる開放的な空間で、味わい豊かなアフタヌーンティースタンドと香り高い紅茶を心ゆくまでお楽しみください。

DESSERT

You can enjoy seasonal sweets such as melon and cherry desserts paired with Black Tea.

This pavlova is filled with Darjeeling mousse and cherry sauce and is topped with Darjeeling powder for a chic look.
We also offer parfaits made with yogurt melon panna cotta, melon custard, and other flavors, layered with Black Tea jelly and ice cream. This is a masterpiece by our pastry chef, combining the rich sweetness and refreshing taste of melon with the refreshing taste of Black Tea.
