Course Content
The appetizer carpaccio is a visually stunning dish made with fatty golden-eyed snapper coated in the refreshing acidity of lemon vinaigrette and garnished with caviar.
The main meat dish is domestic beef fillet served with red wine sauce and truffles, allowing you to enjoy its rich aroma and deep flavor.
