A modern French dinner with a summer sunset

We will be selling a prix fixe dinner course where you can enjoy a variety of "beautiful dishes" that feature summer flavors such as conger eel and Senshu water eggplant, a traditional Osaka vegetable, finished with gorgeous aromas using vinegar and herbs.
Enjoy an elegant summer moment while watching the beautiful sunset from the high floors.

The goût of L'été

The signature dish, terrine, combines the concentrated sweetness of Senshu water eggplant with the tender texture of conger eel.
By combining it with a sweet and sour sauce made from port wine and balsamic vinegar, you can enjoy its rich flavor and refreshing taste.
The sea bass is slowly sautéed in fragrant oregano butter, resulting in a gorgeous, fragrant finish with crispy skin and soft, fluffy flesh.
Garnish with orange at the end for a summery dish that looks and tastes great.
Enjoy an elegant summer evening with chilled white wine and modern French cuisine against the backdrop of a crimson summer sunset.
