• What time is check-in and check-out?

  Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.
  *May vary depending on Accommodation Plan you use, so please check when making a reservation.

• Is there a parking lot?

  Guests arriving by car can use the hotel's underground public parking lot. Advance reservations are not accepted.

  Hotel guests
  We offer a special rate of 150 yen per hour (including tax). Please present your parking ticket at the front desk upon arrival, as a special discount procedure is required.

  Restaurant customers
  For rentals of 5,000 yen (including tax and service charge) or more per vehicle, we offer a special rate of 150 yen per hour (including tax).
  Please present your parking ticket at the front desk upon arrival, as a special discount procedure will be required.

  *Only vehicles with a total length of 5,300mm, a total width of 1,950mm, and a total height of 1,800mm can be parked.
  *Please note that there is a limited number of parking spaces available for vehicles taller than 1,800mm.
  *Please allow approximately 6 minutes per vehicle to enter and exit the multi-story parking garage. It can get very crowded at certain times of the day, so please allow ample time if you are in a hurry.

• Can I store my luggage?

  If you arrive early on the day, we can keep your luggage even before check-in. Please feel free to ask the staff at the front desk.
  In addition, even after check-out, we will keep it only for the same day. Please be sure to bring your passport and other valuables with you. Frozen and refrigerated items cannot be stored.
