Reservations for whole Christmas shortcakes, as well as smaller Mont Blanc and strawberry Christmas cakes, will begin on Saturday, November 1, 2025, and will be sold at the Pastry Boutique on the 24th floor.

This Christmas shortcake is made with fluffy sponge cake sandwiched between slices of chantilly cream and strawberries. It is a stylish cake that features snowflake-shaped white chocolate and pistachios, plenty of chantilly cream, and colorful strawberries.

The tart base is filled with almond cream, and on top of that is a rich custard cream covered with a light Chantilly cream. The luxurious strawberries garnish add to the festive atmosphere. This small-sized Christmas cake is perfect for a Christmas party for 2-3 people.
