[February to May] "Strawberry Buffet" held

Starting Sunday, February 1, 2026, the first-floor Restaurant "Umegoromo" will offer a "Strawberry All-You-Can-Eat" menu, featuring vibrant colors and delicate flavors that utilize the unique characteristics of strawberries in each dish. In addition to the buffet menu, the live kitchen will serve freshly prepared dishes, and you can enjoy sweets made with strawberries and noodles made with seasonal ingredients such as whitebait, bamboo shoots, and broad beans, which will change monthly.

Live Kitchen (Monthly changing sweets menu) | [February] ~Strawberry cream puffs~ This is a hearty dish made with a slightly large choux pastry filled with plenty of custard, cream, and fruit, and topped with strawberries. [March] ~Strawberry Clafoutis with Banana Ice Cream~ A type of custard pudding, this clafoutis has a smooth texture and the sweet and sour taste of strawberries, and is served with banana ice cream. Enjoy the rich sweetness. [April] ~Sakura Strawberry Mochi~ The subtle saltiness of the cherry blossom leaves, the elegant sweetness of the bean paste, and the fresh acidity of the strawberries... Enjoy the delicate harmony that makes spring blossom in your mouth. [May] ~Strawberry Parfait~ The base is layered with delicious flavors such as fruit, fragrant corn flakes, and melting cream, topped with plenty of cool, refreshing strawberry ice cream. The bright red strawberries garnished on top are sure to make your heart flutter. |
Live Kitchen (Monthly changing noodle menu) | [February] ~Rape blossom and bacon peperoncino~ This pasta dish has a spring-like feel, with the aroma of garlic, the savory flavor of bacon, the spiciness of chili peppers, and the bitterness of rape blossoms. [March] ~Shirasu and Yuba Udon with Mizore Sauce~ This Kyoto-style thick udon noodle dish is made with grated turnip, whitebait, and yuba. The irresistible aroma of turnip makes it the perfect dish for the approaching spring season. [April] ~Grilled bamboo shoots and salted chicken pasta with yuzu pepper~ We grilled bamboo shoots with the skin on and combined them with salted chicken and finished them off with a yuzu pepper ponzu sauce pasta. Enjoy the wonderful taste of spring. [May] Broad beans, red shrimp, and egg udon The soft taste of broad beans and the savory flavor of red shrimp are topped with a creamy egg sauce. |
