Cases of smoking and ignition caused by mobile batteries have been reported in Japan and abroad.
In order to ensure the safety and security of all our guests, we would like to ask for your understanding regarding the use of mobile batteries in guestrooms as follows.

・Please refrain from charging your mobile battery when you are out of the room.
・When charging portable electronic devices from the mobile battery or using the in-room power supply to charge the mobile battery, please refrain from charging in places exposed to direct sunlight, such as near a window, or on flammable materials such as a bed or sheets.
・Please use in a place where you can always check the status of the battery to prevent any problems while it is charging.

If the above situation is observed during room cleaning during consecutive night stays, our staff may move the mobile battery to a different location for safety reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
