Saturday, February 1, 2025: Rebranded and reopened as dining and cafe "THE OIKE TERRACE"
A cafe where you can enjoy a half-buffet and a choice of pasta lunches / patisserie sweets
The Royal Park Hotel Iconic Kyoto will rebrand and reopen its directly managed restaurant on the first floor as a dining and cafe called "THE OIKE TERRACE" on Saturday, February 1, 2025.
This time, we have newly set up terrace seating at "THE OIKE TERRACE", which faces "Oike-dori", where the Gion Festival's Yamahoko parade takes place, so you can enjoy your meal in a bright and open space. This will be a dining area that is more familiar and casual for not only our guests but also locals.
The menu has also been updated with a new lineup, and the renewal is based on the hope that the food served in this dining room, as well as the time and space spent there, will provide customers with "moments of happiness" and help them live "healthier and more beautiful" lives every day. Customers can choose what their mind and body desires that day, according to their own preferences.
During lunchtime, we offer pasta and salad sets with over 20 varieties to choose from.
Our "Wellness Salad" is a half-buffet menu featuring a variety of colorful vegetables and fruits, as well as toppings that add texture, flavor, and nutritional value. You can enjoy as much of it as you like and create your own original salad to suit your mood.
For the main pasta dish, choose from a wide variety of menu items that you can enjoy every day, such as the oil pasta "Peperoncino with Vegetables and Prosciutto," the cream pasta "Shrimp Cream," the soup pasta "Seafood Saffron," and the tomato pasta "Pomodoro with Mozzarella Cheese."
In response to many requests from guests, a cafe set of cake and drink will be provided during cafe time so that guests can enjoy sweets from the hotel's patisserie "Sadaharu AOKI paris Karasumaoike" located on the first floor of the hotel, in the dining area.
