Rebranded and reopened as dining and cafe "THE OIKE TERRACE" on Saturday, February 1, 2025
A cafe where you can enjoy a half-buffet and a choice of pasta lunches / patisserie sweets
The Royal Park Hotel Iconic Kyoto will rebrand and reopen its directly managed restaurant on the first floor as a dining and cafe called "THE OIKE THE OIKE TERRACE" on Saturday, February 1, 2025.
This time, terrace seating has been newly added to "THE OIKE TERRACE," which faces Oike-dori, where the Gion Festival's Yamahoko parade is held, allowing you to enjoy your meal in a bright and open space. This dining space will be more friendly and casual for not only hotel guests but also locals.
The menu has also been redesigned with a new lineup, and the hope is that the food served in this dining room, as well as the time and space spent there, will provide customers with a "moment of happiness" and help them live "healthier and more beautiful" lives. Customers can choose what their mind and body desires that day, according to their own preferences.
At lunchtime, we offer pasta and salad sets with over 20 different options to choose from.
Our "Wellness Salad" is a half-buffet that features a variety of colorful vegetables and fruits, as well as toppings that add texture, flavor, and nutritional value. You can enjoy as much of it as you like and create your own original salad to suit your mood.
For the main pasta dish, choose from a wide variety of dishes that you can enjoy every day, such as the oil pasta "Peperoncino with Vegetables and Prosciutto," the cream pasta "Shrimp Cream," the soup pasta "Seafood Saffron," and the tomato pasta "Pomodoro with Mozzarella Cheese."
In response to many requests from guests, a cafe set of cake and drink will be offered during cafe time, allowing guests to enjoy sweets from the hotel's patisserie "Sadaharu AOKI paris Karasumaoike" on the first floor, in the dining area.
