Thank you for your continued patronage of The Royal Park Hotel Iconic Kyoto.

We are pleased to announce that new construction will be underway on the land adjacent to the north side of our hotel.

Planned start date for construction: May 1, 2026 (Friday)
Completion date: March 31, 2028 (Friday) (tentative)
Construction period: Approximately 23 months from the start date
Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM (approximately 30 minutes before and after for preparation and cleaning)
*Sundays, public holidays, and August 15, 2026 (Saturday), December 30, 2026 (Wednesday) to January 4, 2027 (Monday)
No work will be performed on Monday, August 16, 2027, and from Thursday, December 30, 2027 to Tuesday, January 4, 2028.
*During this period, construction noise may be heard at certain times of the day.
