The third Hamada Shuzo collaboration cocktail, themed "Taste Kagoshima in Kyoto," is now on sale

The bar "THE BAR" on the first floor of the hotel is selling cocktails made with "Satsuma Sekitoba," a genuine sweet potato shochu from Hamada Shuzo Co., Ltd. in Kagoshima Prefecture, as the third collaboration in a shochu cocktail series.

This drink combines the bitter and sweet flavors of the Negroni with the clean, crisp taste of Kagoshima Prefecture's authentic sweet potato shochu "Satsuma Sekitoba" and the refreshing aroma of Sakurajima small mandarin peel. It's an easy-to-drink cocktail that can be enjoyed any time of the day, from before to after a meal.
