The main dish, "Grilled red shrimp marinated in Madeira wine," is made with fragrantly grilled red shrimp coated in the soft sweetness of Madeira wine, and has an elegant flavor that allows you to enjoy the harmony between the umami of the shrimp and the wine.
The "recommended pan-fried fish" is a dish that combines fatty autumn fish with a sauce of ginger and herbs, leaving a light and lingering aftertaste.
