Participating customers will be asked to answer a questionnaire for about 10 minutes before going to bed, and will sleep after wearing a sleep measurement device that can be easily worn by themselves. After waking up, the data will be uploaded by charging the device, and you can check the result report on your smartphone. You can take the first step toward improvement by facing highly accurate sleep quality and advice provided by electroencephalogram measurement.
In addition, in order to achieve a better sleep, the TV in the guest room provides voice guidance for meditation and aromas that go well with meditation. Even though it's called meditation, all you have to do is follow this guidance before going to bed, rest your brain, and turn your attention to sounds and scents.
