A culinary experience exploring the flavors of Osaka – Breakfast buffet has been renovated.

Starting June 1st, 2026 (Monday), the breakfast buffet at our French restaurant, "La Belle Assiette Belle Assiette," will be renovated.
We offer local Osaka dishes such as takoyaki, kushikatsu, and tonpeiyaki as breakfast items, incorporating French flair and adding a unique hotel twist.
Furthermore, we offer a diverse lineup including luxurious wagyu beef steaks to enjoy from the morning, and omelets prepared in our live kitchen.

Breakfast buffet featuring Osaka's finest cuisine

The octopus pie is based on the French dish Tières Sétoise, which involves simmering octopus in tomato sauce and wrapping it in pastry, and incorporates the essence of takoyaki, one of Japan's most representative flour-based foods. The acidity of the tomatoes and the aroma of pickled ginger spread throughout, resulting in a light yet complex flavor.
The pork and cabbage quiche is an adaptation of Osaka's famous Tonpeiyaki, combining generous fillings with the savory aroma of okonomiyaki sauce.
Our daily specials include classic items like pork, quail eggs, lotus root, and pickled ginger, all lightly battered and deep-fried. The crispy texture and familiar flavors add a touch of fun to your breakfast table.
Furthermore, you can enjoy smoothies made with Osaka's off-grade vegetables, which are kind to both the environment and your body, as well as furikake (rice seasoning) from the Kansai region, including Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, and Wakayama.

Another highlight of this renovation is the addition of a luxurious wagyu beef steak that can be enjoyed from the morning.
Carefully cooked lean, flavorful thigh meat is prepared to achieve a moist and tender texture. The deep richness unique to lean meat is complemented by the refreshing spiciness of wasabi and the savory aroma of steak sauce, creating an elegant aftertaste that won't feel heavy even in the morning.
This is a special dish that you can only enjoy at a hotel breakfast.

For breakfast, we offer two types of omelets: one with a sweet and savory beef tendon demi-glace sauce inspired by doteyaki (beef tendon stew), and another with classic ketchup.
