You can choose from the hors d'oeuvre buffet (salad, hors d'oeuvre, bread, soup, dessert, and free cafe) and one main dish.
The sea bass is slowly sautéed in aromatic oregano butter.
The result is a crispy skin and soft, fluffy flesh, with a gorgeous, fragrant finish.
Finally, garnish with orange for a dish that looks and tastes like summer.
*Children under 13 years old can eat at JPY2,250 (buffet only).
