Le goût de printemps
魚介や肉、野菜の魅力を引き立てながら、芽吹きの季節に寄り添う香りや食感の変化を一皿ごとに表現したプリフィクスディナーを3月16日（月）～6月15日（月）の間ご提供します。
シグネチャーディッシュのテリーヌは、低温で火入れしたタコとガスパチョを合わせた一品。フランス語で瓦を意味する薄焼き菓子のチュイルに青のりを練り込み、カリカリとした食感とほのかな塩味をアクセントとして加えました。
Le goût de L'été
みずみずしい野菜や果実、関西の夏を彩る魚介など、この季節ならではの素材を取り入れ、モダンフレンチならではの一皿に仕立てたプリフィクスディナーを6月16日（火）～9月15日（月）の間ご提供します。
シグネチャーディッシュのテリーヌは、瑞々しいトマトとスイカを、昆布の旨味を忍ばせたトマトエキスで丁寧に閉じ込め、夏らしい軽やかさと奥行きを併せ持つ味わいに仕上げました。香ばしくソテーしたサントモールのコクが重なり、爽快感の中に心地よい余韻を残します。

After a toast with sparkling wine, you can enjoy a variety of dishes that are full of French flair, befitting the restaurant's name, "Beautiful Plates."
This dinner course includes your choice of dessert plate with a message and a bouquet of flowers.

The main meat dish is Wagyu beef, and the nine-course meal offers a unique dining experience that is full of French esprit.
You can enjoy a special time while gazing at the night view from a window seat (guaranteed).
