フレンチの繊細な技法で仕上げた一皿に、季節の移ろいと海と大地の恵みが織りなす香りと味わいを映し、五感を満たすプリフィクスディナーを1月5日（月）～3月14日（土）の間ご提供します。
シグネチャーディッシュのテリーヌは、トラウトサーモンに甘みのある長ネギを合わせ、海苔で包み込んだ一品。しっとりとした口当たりの中に、磯の香りが広がる上品な味わいです。

The main meat dish is Wagyu beef, and the nine-course meal offers a unique dining experience that is full of French esprit.
