季節の味覚とフォアグラや和牛などの食材をフランス料理の技法で仕上げた「美しい皿」の数々を楽しめる秋のプリフィクスディナーコースを9月16日（火）～12月19日（金）の間ご提供します。
メインディッシュの「赤エビのマデラワインマリネをグリルで」は、マデラワインのやわらかな甘み をまとわせた赤海老を香ばしく焼き上げた、海老の旨みとワインとの調和を楽しめる上品な味わいです。
