ブッフェ台には人気のローストビーフをはじめ、お子様にも嬉しいメニューがラインナップ。
選べるメインディッシュでは、京丹波地鶏の旨みを閉じ込めたコルドンブルーに、まろやかなトマトクリームソースを合わせ、コクと余韻を楽しめる「京丹波地鶏のチキンコルドンブルー　トマトクリームソース」や、和洋のお酒と昆布でやわらかく香ばしく焼き上げた「トコブシのポワレ ガーリックバターソース」などをご提供いたします。

魚介や肉、野菜の魅力を引き立てながら、芽吹きの季節に寄り添う香りや食感の変化を一皿ごとに表現したプリフィクスディナーを3月16日（月）～6月15日（月）の間ご提供します。
シグネチャーディッシュのテリーヌは、低温で火入れしたタコとガスパチョを合わせた一品。フランス語で瓦を意味する薄焼き菓子のチュイルに青のりを練り込み、カリカリとした食感とほのかな塩味をアクセントとして加えました。

The main meat dish is Wagyu beef, and the nine-course meal offers a unique dining experience that is full of French esprit.
