We respect the health of each employee and provide working conditions that allow them to maintain their health while working. We support the health of employees through health checkups and regular health promotion programs.

We will strive to ensure that employees are able to work in a mentally and physically healthy state by publicizing consultation desks, providing stress checks, training, etc.
3. Health education and awareness-raising
We provide an environment where employees can easily manage their health through education and awareness activities. We develop sustainable health habits by developing programs focusing on nutrition, exercise, stress management, etc.

The president is the person responsible for health management and will promote health management from a company-wide and management perspective. In addition, the Human Resources Department and public health nurses will be in charge of promoting health management and will work with industrial physicians, the safety and health committee, and the health insurance association to implement various measures to maintain and improve the health of employees.
