Autumn Cocktail
At "THE BAR" on the first floor of the hotel, we are offering autumn cocktails that create a relaxing atmosphere for adults to reflect on the coming of autumn as summer passes.
<Gentian>
This original cocktail is inspired by the gentian, a blue-purple flower that blooms in autumn. It's based on a herbal liqueur made from the roots of the gentian plant, a member of the gentian family native to the Alps and other regions. Blue curaçao adds color, and grapefruit provides its bitter taste. Enjoy the pleasant lingering sweet and bitter aftertaste created by the white rum and jasmine syrup.
< Autumn Light >
On long autumn nights, the gentle light of "Autumn Lamp" illuminates your hands. This evocative cocktail uses a glass to represent a lamp and vanilla ice cream to represent a soft light bulb. The bitter and sweet flavors of amaretto and ginger ale, enveloped in the aroma of brandy, become richer and smoother as the ice cream melts. This is a drink to be savored slowly, enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of THE BAR.
