• What time is check-in and check-out?

  Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.
  *May vary depending on Accommodation Plan you use, so please check when making a reservation.

• Is there a parking lot?

  For customers arriving by car, we will guide you to the multi-story parking lot located in the basement of the Bank of the Ryukyus Head Office building.

  Hotel guests <Between check-in (15:00) and check-out (11:00)>
  We offer a special rate of 1,800 yen (tax included) per night. Please be sure to present your parking ticket at the front desk upon arrival.

  Restaurant customers
  Restaurant customers are offered 3 hours of free parking. Please be sure to present your parking ticket at the restaurant when paying.

  ・Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance reservations are not accepted.
  ・There is a limited amount of space in the multi-story parking lot, so it may be full and you may not be able to use it.
  ・Parking in locations other than the multi-story parking lot is not eligible for the hotel's special rates.
  ・The parking lot is open from 7:00 to 23:00. Please note that we cannot accommodate entry or exit outside of these hours.
  ・Vehicles that can be parked must be within 5,300mm in length, 2,050mm in width, and 1,850mm in height.
  - There is a limit to the number of cars that can be accommodated with a height of 1,560mm or more.
  ・It takes about 6 minutes per car to enter and exit the multi-story parking lot. It can get very crowded depending on the time of day, so if you are in a hurry, please allow yourself plenty of time.

• Can I store my luggage?

  If you arrive early on the day, we can store your luggage even before check-in. Please feel free to ask the front desk staff.
  We will also keep your luggage after check-out, but only for the day of check-out. Please be sure to bring your passport and other valuables with you. We cannot keep frozen or refrigerated items.

The bedding at our hotel uses recycled feathers from the Nishikawa Recycle Project*, which is promoted by Nishikawa Co., Ltd.
*An initiative in which used feather products are collected domestically, the feathers removed from them are washed in a factory in Japan, and the recovered feathers are used as recycled resources.
