Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. *May vary depending on Accommodation Plan you use, so please check when making a reservation.
For customers arriving by car, we have parking available in the basement of the Bank of the Ryukyus Head Office building.
Hotel guests We offer a special rate of 1,800 yen (tax included) per night. Please be sure to present your parking ticket at the front desk upon arrival.
Restaurant customers Restaurant guests can use the parking lot free of charge for three hours. Please be sure to present your parking ticket at each restaurant when paying.
・Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance reservations are not accepted. ・There may be cases where the parking lot is full and you are unable to use it. ・The parking lot is open from 7:00 to 23:00. Please note that we cannot accommodate entry or exit outside of these hours. ・Vehicles that can be parked must be within 5,300mm in length, 2,050mm in width, and 1,850mm in height.
If you arrive early on the day, we can store your luggage even before check-in. Please feel free to ask the front desk staff. We will also keep your luggage after check-out, but only for the day of check-out. Please be sure to bring your passport and other valuables with you. We cannot keep frozen or refrigerated items.
