Due to traffic conditions or other factors, we may not be able to reach our destination within the estimated time.
In the event that buses are not operating due to natural disasters or other unavoidable circumstances, we cannot guarantee alternative transportation.
Due to the particularly high volume of visitors before and after the park opens and closes, you may not be able to ride the rides.
There are no numbers or queues at the pick-up/drop-off location. Please board the shuttle bus in order of arrival.
This is not a hotel-only pick-up/drop-off point. Other hotel shuttle buses also use the same location, so please be careful not to board the wrong bus.

We accept reservations in advance.
Please contact the hotel by 6:00 PM the day before your arrival date.

① Follow the directions at the first "Shuttle Bus Only Stop" sign and turn right.
② Follow the directions on the second "Shuttle Bus Parking Only" sign and turn left.
④ The bus will stop behind the sign.
③ You've arrived when you see the blue "Shuttle Bus Only Stop" sign.
Tokyo DisneySea Bus Stop
① Proceed straight ahead with the bus terminal on your right.
② When you see a crosswalk, turn right along the crosswalk.
④ The bus will stop behind the sign.
