• What time is check-in and check-out?

  チェックインは15:00から、チェックアウトは11:00までです。
  ※ご利用の宿泊プランにより異なる場合がございますので、ご予約時にご確認ください。
  当ホテルでは、自動精算機（自動チェックイン・チェックアウト機）にてチェックインおよびチェックアウトのお手続きを承っております。
  機械の操作にお困りの際やご不明な点がございましたら、スタッフがご案内いたしますので安心してご利用ください。
  なお、リフレッシュルームのご利用および一部ご予約に関するお手続きはフロントカウンターにて対応させていただきます。

• Is there a parking lot?

  There is no hotel carriage porch or private parking lot. Please use the No. 5 parking lot (charged) at Haneda Airport.
  Please note that there are no partnerships or discounts. Please note.

• Can I store my luggage?

  If you arrive early on the day, we can keep your luggage even before check-in. Please feel free to ask the staff at the front desk.
  In addition, even after check-out, we will keep it only for the same day. Please be sure to bring your passport and other valuables with you. Frozen and refrigerated items cannot be stored.
