We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued patronage of our hotel.
 
We regret to inform you that a fire broke out in a guest room at our hotel late at night on Thursday, June 19th.
 
We would like to offer our deepest apologies to our hotel guests, local residents, and all other concerned parties for the concern and inconvenience caused.
 
After confirming the incident, the fire department was immediately notified, and the fire was put out by deploying sprinklers and the firefighters' efforts to extinguish the fire.
Additionally, we asked all guests staying at the hotel to temporarily evacuate, but we can confirm that no guests were injured.
 
Currently, under the guidance of the local fire department, hotels and restaurants (with the exception of some facilities) are operating as usual.
