• What time is check-in and check-out?

  Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM.
  *This may vary depending on your chosen Accommodation Plan, so please check when making your reservation.
  *If you plan to arrive after midnight (0:00), please contact the hotel in advance.

• Is there a parking lot?

  By Car can use the on-site parking lot, but advance reservations are not accepted.

  Guests staying at the hotel
  We are offering a special price of JPY 2,000 for a one-day pass. (The one-day pass is valid from 12:00 PM (noon) on the day of entry to 12:00 PM (noon) on the following day.)
  *If you enter the parking lot before 12:00 (noon) or exit after 12:00 (noon) the following day, you will need to purchase an additional day pass.
  (For example, if you park at 7:00 AM and exit at 12:00 PM (noon) the following day, the fee will be JPY 4,000.)
  * You can enter and exit the parking lot during your stay.
  *Please note that discounted fares do not apply to payments made at the exit gate.
  *Only vehicles with a width of 2.3m or less and a length of 5.5m or less are permitted to use the parking lot.
  Please be sure to pay in advance at the "Parking Payment Machine" located in the 1st floor lobby, next to the main entrance.

• Can I store my luggage?

  If you arrive early on the day, we can store your luggage even before check-in. Please feel free to ask the front desk staff.
  We will also keep your luggage after check-out, but only for the day of check-out. Please be sure to bring your passport and other valuables with you. We cannot keep frozen or refrigerated items.

  Lockers are available next to the front desk on the 1st floor.
  This can only be used on the day before check-in or after check-out.

  Please be sure to check the following precautions before using the service.

  <Notes>
  ・If luggage is left in the locker after the allotted time has elapsed, a hotel employee will remove the item from the locker and, unless instructed otherwise by the owner, will keep it for seven days, including the day it was found, after which it will be delivered to the nearest police station.
  ・The following items are prohibited from being stored in the lockers.
  Cash and other valuables, living things such as animals and plants, items that require refrigeration or freezing, dangerous items, and items that give off foul or unpleasant odors.
  ・The hotel will not be liable for any loss, damage, breakage, or deterioration of stored items for any reason while using the lockers.

The bedding at our hotel uses recycled feathers from the Nishikawa Recycle Project*, which is promoted by Nishikawa Co., Ltd.
*An initiative in which used feather products are collected domestically, the feathers removed from them are washed in a factory in Japan, and the recovered feathers are used as recycled resources.
