Another attractive feature is the a la carte menu, which incorporates seasonal ingredients and can be enjoyed in a sharing style.
We also recommend grilled dishes such as bone-in Angus beef, which is cooked to perfection to allow you to enjoy the natural flavor of the meat.

We have prepared dishes using seasonal ingredients such as softer and sweeter asparagus and new onions.
The main dish, aquapazza, offers a sophisticated taste that blends the umami of firm red sea bream with the sweetness and aroma of asparagus.

前菜の「ホタルイカとそら豆のセルクル仕立て アサリのソース」は、初夏を思わせる彩り豊かなグリーンのクスクスに、ホタルイカやそら豆など旬の食材を合わせました。
泡状に仕立てたアサリのソースが、見た目にも味わいにもアクセントを添える一品です。
「シラスと魚介ラグーのトマトスパゲッティーニ」は、トマトベースのパスタにシラスと大葉を合わせた、爽やかでバランスの取れた味わいに仕上げました。
